Nakero provides AI-powered interior design tools, including but not limited to:

AI image generation from text descriptions
AI-powered image editing
Chat-based design iteration
Asset and color library access

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

4. Credits & Payments

Our services operate on a credit-based system
Credits are non-refundable once purchased
Credits do not expire
Failed generations due to technical errors will have credits automatically refunded
Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload
You own the designs generated using our tools
You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery

Our Content

Nakero's brand, software, and documentation are our intellectual property
Asset library items are licensed for use within the Nakero platform

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for illegal purposes
Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
Resell or redistribute our services without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Nakero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
